The room was well decorated and modern and the breakfast was warm. Big beds, particularly good bathroom.

We would stay here again, liked its location. This hotel is a perfect place for a christmas in South Haven. The breakfast variety is good hot with yogurt and meat vs the bagels, for example, excellent service. The staff is very amiable and caring.

It was very nice time in South Haven. The location was magnificent and favourable, very close to Memphis-Southaven, MS as well as several great stores and restaurants. Furthermore, to multiple food spots. The breakfast with meat vs the bagels. The team provided an outstanding service.

The location was marvellous, within easy walking distance of Desoto Cinema Grill. It was maximum 13 minutes drive to the airport. The staff was amiable, provided a fast check-in and a late check-out.

Plus, being away from the nightlife of Beale Street ensures a peaceful and quiet stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee bar. The staff is extremely courteous and accommodating, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast offers fresh and healthy choices, perfect to start the day.

The issue of cold showers mentioned in one of the reviews is concerning. It is disappointing that the problem was not resolved promptly and that there was no follow-up from the hotel management.
